Our Leadership team has an average of over 30 years of experience, per partner, in commercial real estate sales, development, leasing, insurance and financing for over two billion dollars of income producing properties throughout the United States. IGF Partners, and its team members, have completed the acquisition of 51 single tenant net lease properties in 38 states, totaling $300 million dollars.  The portfolio’s two year review showed high performance throughout the fund in which all properties and their tenants were shown to be operating as projected.
